How Reviews Work
After purchasing a product, customers can leave a star rating (1-5) and written review. New reviews start as pending and require your approval before they appear publicly on your product page. This gives you full control over what's shown while maintaining transparency.

Use the tab bar and rating chart to quickly filter reviews:

Every review regardless of status

💡 Tip: Click on any star rating bar in the Rating Distribution chart to instantly filter reviews by that specific rating. Click again to clear the filter.
Best Practices
Respond to negative reviews by improving your product — buyers appreciate creators who listen
Approve genuine reviews quickly — social proof drives more sales
Use the bulk approve feature when you have many pending reviews to save time
Click on a star rating in the distribution chart to quickly filter reviews by that rating
Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews by mentioning it in your post-purchase email
Don't delete negative reviews unless they're spam — honest feedback builds trust
Reviews show the reviewer's email so you can follow up directly if needed
