• Content of private messages
• Usage logs and access records
• Account content and metadata

How to Submit Requests

All law enforcement requests must be submitted to:

Required Information

• Valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or warrant)
• Specific Lnkk.it username or email address
• Time period for requested information
• Requesting officer's name, badge number, and agency
• Contact information for service of legal process

User Notification

Lnkk.it is committed to notifying users about requests for their information unless:

• We are prohibited by law (e.g., sealed court order)
• We believe notification could create a risk of injury
• The request relates to child safety

Data Retention

Lnkk.it retains user data as follows:

• Active Accounts: For duration of account existence
• Deleted Accounts: 30 days (for account recovery)
• IP Logs: 90 days
• Billing Records: 7 years (legal requirement)

Cost Reimbursement

Lnkk.it reserves the right to seek reimbursement for costs associated with responding to legal requests, as permitted by law.

International Requests

For international law enforcement requests, we require:

• Requests through Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT)
• Or other applicable international agreements
• Compliance with local data protection laws
