Custom
Form Builder

Build custom contact forms with drag-and-drop fields, spam protection, layout styles, and submission management.

Accessing the Form Builder

Go to Dashboard → Custom Form from the sidebar. This opens the Form Builder where you can create or edit your custom contact form. You can also reach it from the Audience page when you don't have a form yet — click the "Create Custom Form" button.

Note: The Form Builder is available to Creator and Influencer profile types. Each user gets one custom form.

Tips

Keep forms short — 3-5 fields maximum. Longer forms have lower completion rates

Always include an email field marked as required — this is how you follow up

The "Message" field type (textarea) is best for open-ended questions and inquiries

Use clear, descriptive labels — "Your Name" is better than just "Name"

Set a helpful success message so submitters know their form was received

Enable spam protection to filter out bot submissions automatically

The Featured layout with a cover image makes your form more visually appealing

Submissions appear in Dashboard → Audience → Form Submissions tab
